Job Description:Leading & attending shared Global Product Lifecycle (GPL)-related Scrum events: PI Planning,Scrum of Scrum, System DemosTeam stand-upsManage 3 teams as Senior SCRUM Master (1 NearShore + 2 Onshore)Weekly Scrum of ScrumsMonthly GPL System demosShared team refinements/sprint planning sessionsMaintaining calendars for program increments (PIs) or phases of GPLImplementing and leading PI planning events each quarterMonitoring the progress of PIs and ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmapCoordinating and aligning GPL activities with the organization's strategic goalsServing as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teamsProactive tracking and handling of initiative-level dependencies/risksLooking ahead at the program roadmap 6 months and beyondCreating and facilitating initiative artifactsEnsuring the business gathers necessary information before engaging engineers for future components of the initiativeKicking off IT engagement when it's time for engineers to start looking at future segments of work within the initiativeServing as Scrum Master for one engineering team that is part of this initiativeBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are metDeveloping and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the initiativeProviding regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholdersLeading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systemsFacilitating the resolution of issues that may impede project progressProviding guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders on agile practices and methodologiesIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaborationMinimum education qualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.Please be aware that Capgemini Sogeti may capture your image (video or screenshot) during the interview process and that image may be used for verification, including during the hiring and onboarding processThe benefits our employees enjoy:401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
