Opportunity Overview

The Semiconductor Test Marketing Communications Specialist for Teradyne will support industry and Teradyne events, and digital marketing for the Semiconductor Test division, the largest division of Teradyne.

This team-oriented professional will work with the marketing manager for the Semiconductor Test division to execute marketing initiatives including coordinating logistics for industry events, social media campaigns, website content management, email marketing and associated reporting.

This is an onsite role located in our San Jose office.

Event support

Event project management from beginning to end, including tracking and reporting on event success

On-time delivery of all event deliverables

Secure services and manage production logistics for events with exhibitions

Coordinate internal distribution of information to event attendees

Plan and execute communications campaign to promote events

Attend events to support on-site event logistics

Collect and synthesize post-event information into a report that includes metrics to support business case and ROI for events

Marketing communications support

Schedule and execute social media posts on relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook

Update the corporate website with event information, public relations placements, and blog content

Promote division activities on internal channels, including the corporate intranet, Viva Engage and division SharePoint site.

Produce executive summary report for marketing campaigns utilizing data from social media, the marketing automation platform and website analytics

Manage production of corporate giveaways

3+ years of experience in a marketing environment managing various marketing projects:

Events, and their associate schedules

Social media and email marketing campaigns, and related reporting and metrics

Website content generation and editing

Excellent marketing writing and editing skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way; will also support business writing and editing

Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines

Event management experience, managing both a company’s presence at large tradeshows and event sponsorships

Highly self-motivated, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, driven to learn and master new technologies, able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a solid team player with a capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and solving marketing and communication problems, taking ownership and being resourceful

Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, WordPress, social media, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365 Suite

Prefer to have:

Previous experience in the semiconductor industry

Basic video editing capabilities

Graphic design experience
