Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Cloud Administrator in support to the upcoming
LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY
(LEIA) in Honolulu, HI. As part of a highly talented, motivated, team, you will support a fast-paced program delivering a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it's AORs. Duties and responsibilities include:
Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud infrastructure and integrate C6ISR platforms into a new Cloud infrastructure. Manage, support, and maintain a reliable environment for SOCPAC to ensure the stability and security of the environment. Leverage an automated process to mitigate security vulnerabilities in the environment by working with the Security Lead to triage product security vulnerabilities and planning mitigation activities. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Create security-driven AWS Cloud enterprise architectures, enterprise systems, and service-oriented architectures.
Establish and execute detailed cloud migration project plans.Lead the design and implementation of PaaS/IaaS services, constructs, and deployment methods using containerization, database-as-a-service, storage, and infrastructure automation.Provide expertise in architecture and design of services and systems in support of the various customer applications through the organization and its security.Participate in technical project review meetings to ensure technical designs meet the client's operational requirements and infrastructure/security standards.Educate and influence stakeholders and engineering teams on effective cloud solutions and best practices..Qualifications
Required QualificationsRequires 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of higher degree3+ years of experience of Cloud.Active TS/SCI clearanceDoDM 8140.03 IAT II compliantExperience in architecture of flexible, scalable, and highly-available systems.Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, EKS).Experience using DevOps concepts and tools (GitLab, JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible).Familiarity with DoD IT processes, regulations, and current IT cloud initiatives.Desired QualificationsExcellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver outstanding results#LeiaPeraton Overview
