Position: Support Engineer IExperience Required:Packing cellphones into retail boxes and shipping to customers.Reviewing and understanding 2D drawings and designs (ArtiosCAD or similar).Experience using palletization software (TOPPS or CAPE).Previous experience in the packaging industry, such as food or consumer goods packaging.0-3 years of experience; recent graduates with internship experience are ideal, but more senior candidates will be considered if they are open to the offered compensation.Skills Required:Project management experience, managing launch projects from start to completion.Supplier management and coordination.Exposure to testing processes, including evaluating and reviewing tests.Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to tight timelines.Intermediate skills in Excel and proficiency with 2D design software (ArtiosCAD) and CAPE.Education:Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, or related fields.Preferred Qualifications:Packaging industry experience, specifically in telecoms or similar industries.Experience working in a production environment and with customers.Experience with testing, including evaluating packaging designs according to international testing standards (ISTI).Key Responsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle for device packaging, from kickoff to production.Oversee and manage testing processes with vendors.Report launch readiness and maintain tooling, documentation, and device management systems.Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, quality, suppliers, and the packing line.Create palletization plans using CAPE and modify designs in 2D software.Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage their implementation.Top Skills:Proficiency in 2D CAD software (ArtiosCAD or similar).Proficiency in CAPE packaging software.Strong project management skills.Schedule:Onsite, 5 days per week.What you didn't know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
