If you're skilled in data mining, pattern recognition, and problem-solving, this role is a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities - Data Analyst:Perform ad-hoc data analysis to compare and reconcile discrepancies between Workday and client resource systems.Design and implement manual controls and mitigation strategies to address data inconsistencies and gaps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance data analysis processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Identify patterns and trends within large datasets, offering valuable insights to improve decision-making, optimize processes, and assess solutions.Engage in exploratory and confirmatory data analysis to drive impactful business outcomes.Address and resolve complex data-related challenges that require innovative solutions.Required Skills - Data Analyst:Strong ability to work with large datasets, demonstrating a solid understanding of data structures and analytical techniques.Expertise in data tracing, mining, visualization, and root cause analysis, with an eye for identifying trends and anomalies.Proficiency in
Workday
systems.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.Advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
for data manipulation and reporting.Experience with HR technology is a plus.
