The Scrum Master leads the team through the execution of technology-focused projects from conception through delivery, including successful project definition, planning, budgeting, time estimating and scheduling, project staff planning and resource leveling, organizing, and leading high performance project teams, and delivery of projects within assigned organization. This role manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. This role influences stakeholders and resource managers to follow standard project management practices and achieve project goals.What you'll be doing:Coordinating the activities of project teams (internal and external resources)Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks and mitigation plansManaging change management plan, including project engagement and communicationManaging the project scope (content, cost, planning) & interdependenciesSupporting the Product/Workstream Owner on refining the product backlog, enabling longer-term work visibility for reporting to delivery, and management teamsIdentifying and managing the risks associated with projects to achieve project successCreating, maintaining, and delivering on project and work stream plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing understanding and needsFostering teamwork, building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team membersAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and project informationExcellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively, and negotiating within a team environmentCompetency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization goalsExperience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releasesPositive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring a team, problem solving and conflict resolution abilitiesCollaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationshipsThrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environmentBroad experience of working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturitiesAbility to influence and lead behavior changeSelf-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment
What we're looking for:Minimum of 2-5 years in IT specific project coordination, scrum or management, is a mustExperience with Agile and Scrum team projectsExperience in a MS Azure DevOps environmentCSM requiredExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with software developmentExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the De nition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog re nementStrong knowledge of other Agile frameworksExperienced in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Experience in Smartsheet experience a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with large and diverse teams as well as independentlyAbility to work under pressureBonus Points:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, or other relevant certifications.Education:Bachelor's degree requiredIf you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to access job openings or apply for a job on this site as a result of your disability.
