Experis Game Solutions is seeking an E-Commerce Test Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving quality. E-commerce testing experience is required in this fun and collaborative environment!

Job Title: Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)

Location: remote

Pay: $80-95k depending on experience + comprehensive benefit plan

Key Responsibilities

Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on needs of the project

Development of project milestone and test schedule roadmap

Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance of more experienced leads

Facilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead Sponsor

Management and development of a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience leading test teams

Knowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologies

Familiar with data analysis and capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverage

Experienced with test case management software

Experience with e-Commerce systems

Experience with automation
