Must haveHeavy SQLSource to Target MappingRequirements gathering, data modelingCertification in Data Management (CDMP) or Business Intelligence (CBIP)3 days- Onsite ( no exceptions )Job Responsibility:Gather, interpret, and document business requirements related to data management, analytics, data integration, metadata, data quality, security, and performance.Understand and analyze source systems, data flows, and data models to support business needs.Conduct data analysis to validate business domains and ensure requirements align with objectives.Develop source-to-target mappings (STTM) for data lineage and ensure accurate data flow documentation.Perform data profiling to ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy.Validate that data integration, movement, and warehousing meet both business requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.Serve as the liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of data requirements.Provide expert guidance on data model reviews, architectural approaches, and solution design to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.Offer technical leadership and mentoring to business and data analysts, ensuring alignment with best practices.Execute and promote data management strategies in line with organizational goals.Work with management and business units to explore innovative data solutions that drive business success.Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to define QA strategies, test plans, and use cases for data validation.Communicate planned and unplanned activities to stakeholders in a timely manner.Coordinate reviews and presentations of data prototypes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
