Snowflake product marketers conceive and execute go-to-market plans for the most strategic areas of the business. We're looking for a highly talented, driven, and self-motivated technical marketing professional who can lead product marketing for Snowflake's devops and observability features. This is a high-impact role that will own the fast-growing innovations, including Snowflake Trail, APIs, git integration, and more. This PMM will work across our Snowflake sales, product, and marketing teams, as well as our developer teams, to develop go-to-market plans and solutions that position Snowflake as a leading developer platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs that position Snowflake's devops and observability features to developers Create crisp and compelling messaging, content assets, sales enablement, and more to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams to build alignment around go-to-market plans for industries Partner with the Developer Relations to help drive hands-on usage and kickstart development Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction. Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE : 5+ years of proven product marketing experience ideally related to databases, data management, or developer tools Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an intuitive understanding of what motivates developers and aligns stakeholders. You can synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns Analytical and problem-solving. You have a knack for understanding how customers use products, identifying gaps, and proactively finding areas of opportunity Technical- and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, developer tools, AI/ML products, etc BS/BA, MBA preferred Willingness to travel up to 25% of time and ability to come into the office at least 3 days per week Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
