Role: Oracle Technical Analyst -SCMLocation: Milford, OHJob Type: Full TimeJob Description:Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsIn-depth Hands on experience and process knowledge in Oracle Financial Modules mainly Order Management , Purchasing ,Inventory, WIP, and BOMData Conversion, Upgrades and implementation of Business application using Oracle E-Business Suite version R12xExtensive work experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, extensions, Forms and Workflow, PL/SQL).Knowledge of XML/BI publisher and Forms is desirable.Experience in AOL and Sysadmin.Forms Customization and PersonalizationMust be technically proficient in SQL and PLSQL with good exposure to codes and advanced PLSQL concepts.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new Oracle EBS R12 EBS TechnicalEnsure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document technical gaps & Perform tasks as identified by Project Manager for EBS R12 EBS Technical.Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers business requirements.Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams alike, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed.Monitor and drive issues to resolution.Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed.Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process.Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peersAdhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc during the course of an assignment.Adhere to instruction/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc
