Prototype Build Engineer - Associate

Job Description:

  • The Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, coordinating purchasing, tracking development, and program timing for systems / parts.
  • In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met and any issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing are resolved.
  • The Prototype Build Engineer must have the ability to direct issue resolution at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Basic Vehicle build process knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of CATIA V5, and/or NX, TeamCenter.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management.
  • 0-3 years experience
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
