Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Data Modeler for one of their large investment banking customers. This person will join the Internal Audit Data Engineering team. They will join a global team to help with their cloud migration from Sybase IQ to Snowflake. This Data Modeler will be responsible for procuring large amounts of data, analyzing metrics, and ensuring the data is accurate for the migration. They will use Python and SQL to access, manipulate, and qualify large data sets while changing connectors from IQ to Snowflake ensuring data rows in IQ are the same in Snowflake. This position is in Dallas, five days a week onsite Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM CST.

Skills and Requirements
5-8 years of experience working as a Data Modeler
Experience using SQL running complex queries and understanding the difference of joins
Understand the difference between a database, schemas, constraints on a table, profiling and analyzing data, then verifying data
Experience using Python to call APIs and data frames in order to capture invalid responses
Experience working on a Snowflake migration null
