Job Summary We are seeking a licensed LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW to join our team as a Family Therapist! Join us as we become 1 of 2 agencies in the State of New Mexico to offer an exclusive family therapy intervention with over 60 years of positively impacting families. In this role, you will engage families in therapeutic sessions involving all family members. The ideal candidate understands family systems and is passionate about impacting families. Basic intervention knowledge of communication skills, assisting clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guiding them through crises is necessary. This position requires participating in training and certification in an evidence-based model. Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment method
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current NM License
Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
