Synthetic ISR Data Analyst

DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Synthetic ISR Data Analyst to join our team at Nellis AFB Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence collection processes and be able to utilize all source research data to design, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirementsResearch, analyze, and assess intelligence related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realismAssist with software suites to aid in the production of synthetic scenariosMaintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and proceduresLiaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer to meet requests and reoccurring deadlinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experienceCurrent Top Secret SCI Security ClearanceKnowledge of intelligence collection processesStrong verbal, writing, and briefing skillsDesired Qualifications:Experience with problem-centric ISR and/or Analysis and Exploitations TeamsExperience in joint military exercises and/or experience working in an intelligence operations centerFundamental understanding of OPLANS
