Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed occupational therapy evaluations.Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for students with a variety of needs.Provide occupational therapy services in different settings, including individual and group sessions.Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.Actively engage in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy requirements.Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.Valid Maryland license or certification in Occupational Therapy.Previous experience with school-aged children is a plus but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Competence in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.Elementary Caseload.Pay: $42/hourInterviews are currently in progress.
