Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for a Lead Desktop Technician to join our team in Irvine CA. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of desktop support experience with 2 years in a lead or management. Need someone with experience in a Windows environment with some experience with Macs. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Windows 10/11, O365, VPN, and Active Directory and be very strong with SCCM, InTune, and Windows Autopilot.All candidates must be able to work on our W2 with no restrictions.No 3rd Party Vendors are allowed and No C2C for this role.This is a remote role but prefer someone in the Irvine CA area but open to other locations.Candidates MUST be in the United States. No overseas candidates are allowed for this role.Experience needed:7 years of desktop experience with 2 years in a Lead or Manager role5+ years of experience in InTune is required. Candidate that do not have InTune on their resume will not be considered for this role3+ years of experience with Windows Autopilot is Required5 years of experience providing Level III support in a Windows environmentStrong experience with Active Directory to reset passwords, add users and systems and allow/restrict permissionsStrong experience with phone and hands-on troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 as well as imaging and re-imaging desktops and laptopsExperience troubleshooting VPN issues and supporting Office 365Some experience supporting MacOS as well as knowledge or experience with JAMFMust have experience troubleshooting networking issues and know DNS, DHCP as well as some knowledge of VDI's (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
