Key Responsibilities:Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions with a focus on ETL, data managementDesign, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to support data discovery, analysis, and reporting. Leverage SQL to ensure accurate data staging and transformation processes that align with business requirementsDevelop and implement data staging strategies to prepare data for analysis and reportingConduct thorough data discovery to identify and address data quality issues, ensuring that the data is accurate, complete, and accessible for business needsPartnering with our visualization and optimization teams to create effective solutionsEmbrace challenges and seek innovative solutions to enhance the performance and scalability of data systems and applicationsDrive improvements and push the boundaries of existing processes to elevate the team's impact

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)1+ years of professional database development experienceSkills and Qualifications:Experience with modern ETL tools and frameworksIntermediate knowledge of various SQL dialects, such as T-SQLExperience with big data platforms (e.g. AWS Athena, Hive)Familiarity with best practices for database design, performance optimization, and scalabilityKnowledge of data integration techniques and platformsStrong attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving and innovationExperience with one or more programming languages such as Python

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
