The company places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, ensuring that employees have time to pursue their personal and professional goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of automated processes to enhance application delivery and system reliability.Spearhead best practices in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and infrastructure automation across teams.Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and promoting DevOps best practices.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Leverage infrastructure as code tools like Terraform to automate deployment of containerized applications.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize cloud solutions and automate workflows.Identify and implement improvements within existing infrastructure and operational processes.Desired Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role, with a track record of improving efficiency and delivering Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions.Azure expertiseExpertise with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Ansible.Experience working with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure services, including PaaS and SaaS solutions.Strong knowledge of SDLC management software, version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms such as Azure DevOps.Ability to manage Azure networking components, including virtual networks, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.Familiarity with Azure API Management and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required; a Master's degree is preferred.Important Notes:No sponsorship
