(Onsite)Specific responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:Must have a minimum of 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune.Attribute and object level knowledge of Active Directory.Background in Windows Desktop Deployments and ManagementBackground in Modern Device ManagementExperience with packaging and deploying applications through SCCM and IntuneWindows OS security patch managementEscalate problems to management and/or vendors in a timely fashion.Develop techniques and implement resolution of problems based on root cause analysis.Follow established Change Control procedures to document all production changes, and to limit unexpected interruptions to the production environment.Primary Technology Expertise RequirementsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, Windows 10+Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows PowerShellExpertise in macOSExperience with VDI
