Our direct business partner offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and growth.Position's Contributions to Work Group:Manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, to deliver cloud-based services and data solutions to dealers, and external and internal customers.Typical task breakdown:The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring the successful completion of projects, on time, within budget, and error-free. The principal responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.Incumbent will support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at the concept stage and continuing through the prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages of various projectsDevelop and produce project management schedules.Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision-making.Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including affected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.Will work with individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.Monitor the progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, and ensure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules.Depending on the nature of the problems, expected to recommend possible solutions and alternatives.Interaction with team:Program Mgmt office; roughly around 20 folksEducation & Experience Required:The position requires a Master of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 8+ years of direct Project Management experience ORThe position requires a Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines with 10+ years of direct Project Management experienceProven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects, and successful completionExcellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, and strong analytical and organizational skills.Previous agile training (spring planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)Technical SkillsPMP certification preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) preferredWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) is highly desirableKnowledge of Confluence preferredKnowledge of Power BI is highly desirableAdvanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS ProjectStrong communication and presentation skillsSoft Skills(Required)Excellent communication skillsConflict and mediation skillsPresentation skills
