Job Description:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions to improve functional abilities.Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into students' educational programs.Offer consultation and guidance to school personnel on creating supportive environments and adapting activities to meet students' needs.Monitor and document students' progress towards achieving therapy goals and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the development of educational plans.Educate and support parents/caregivers on strategies to promote carryover of therapeutic gains at home.
