Description:
• Hardware Troubleshooting: Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Network Connectivity: Understanding of network configurations, VPNs, and resolving connectivity issues.
• Security Best Practices: Knowledge of antivirus software, endpoint security, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Automation and Scripting: Ability to write and use scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks.
• MS Intune implementation and deployment expert
• End-User Support: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Project Management: Experience participating in and implementing desktop-related projects, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
MS Active Directory migration experience
Experience designing deploying and leveraging MS autopilot for End User Workstation refresh projects.
