Job Description
An employer is looking for an Azure Engineer to join their Incident and Server Request team that handles Tier 3 service requests. in support of development, modernization, and migration of a government multi-cloud environment with 30+ customer tenants and growing. This person will be developing Azure systems requirements and design specifications. They will be engineering Azure cloud and deploying them within a government environment. Their key responsibilities will include incident response and troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization, and azure infrastructure management. They will also be responsible for collaborate and training Tier 2 engineers to resolve incidents and implement improvements. They must have some sort of lead experience managing ServiceNow and JIRA ticket queues. This is a fully remote position that requires working online from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Skills and Requirements
Ability to obtain a DHS public Trust Clearance
-Azure Administrator Associate Certification
5+ years of integration and systems analysis experience focused on Azure cloud services and infrastructure
3+ years of hands on experience with Azure services included but not limited to Azure VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, Azure App Services, Storage, and Databases
-Must have some sort of lead experience and managing ServiceNow and JIRA ticket queues
-Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and resolving high-priority incidents in large, multi-tenant environments
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Azure Govcloud and deploying them in Government Environments
-Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates or Terraform
-Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other automation scripts to troubleshoot and resolve issues -Azure Solutions Architect Expert
-Other Certificates supporting Microsoft technologies null
