Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for helping the Ads Marketing Strategy and Operations team drive the Annual Planning process where the team is responsible for setting the global plans for Ads Marketing, developing business cases for investment, and creating the future resource allocation plan.
Thinking strategically and developing wide ranging key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate planning and execution.
Solving challenges with increasing velocity, and tracking and making sure execution happens accordingly.
Extensive cross-functional stakeholder coordination across different levels, leveraging excellent communication skills, creating compelling presentations and comprehensive business review material.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in a Consulting or Strategy-related role related to Marketing
Superb project management skills and experience managing complex work streams across multiple teams, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to identify what is/isn’t working well.
Skills:
Problem Solving, Leadership, Execution, Communication.
Familiarity with Ads and marketing analytics.
Strong experience with gSuite.
Experience working at a regional level with global/local/cross-functional teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or a related field experience.
