Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master for one of their enterprise companies located in Southern California. This candidate will need to enforce the values and principles of Agile by focusing on continuous learning and feedback loops. They will need to direct and assist the team in updating the tracking system to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs. They will Develop gather and publish Agile/DevOps metrics on areas that affect value-driven delivery, indicate potential problems and measure a Teams Success. This will be a fully remote position.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
Industry Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
-Ability to mentor, collaborate and exercise influence without authority
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Servant leadership null
