The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various areas of liability and demonstrate exceptional skills in litigation, communication, and teamwork.Duties:Represent clients in general liability matters, including commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM claims, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability.Prepare and manage legal documents, pleadings, and trial materials.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.Participate in trials and hearings as necessary.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.Provide exceptional legal advice and client representation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active license in good standing in New Jersey.5+ years of litigation experience required.Trial experience preferred.Certifications:Must be a member of the New Jersey Bar.Skills:Self-motivated and able to work independently.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong time management abilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.A book of existing work is a plus.Location:
