Kelley Legacy Law is a family oriented, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial law firm with a mission of making the lives of families and small business owners better. We are seeking a sharp, driven, friendly Client Services Director to become part of our team for the long-term.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your role as a Client Services Director is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. From the moment they engage with our firm, you will be their primary point of contact, ensuring everyone stays on track to meet the established deadlines.

Follow up on leads and set appointments for the initial “Life and Legacy Planning Session”.

Set the client up in the system and schedule tasks associated with their customized plan.

Manage all communication to and from the client. This includes preparing and receiving documents, proofreading, scheduling, and conducting client meetings, interviews, and signings.

Attend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in-person or remote meetings with the attorney to review workflows and provide status updates.

And other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

2-4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant position. Legal office experience is a plus but not required.

MUST be “tech savvy” and able to handle working with several different databases of information (i.e. cloud-based practice management software, client information intake software, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)

Task and detail-oriented and can work on multiple projects at once.

Self-motivated and possesses the ability to work independently.

Fast learner with the ability to think and react on your feet.

Good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products.

Knowledge of social media and basic marketing skills.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
