OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate User Experience Designer to join the Product Design organization as a Co-Op.

This candidate will be involved early in the product development process, from brainstorming ideas to ensuring design quality and integrity through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, motion, and product thinking skills, you will realize digital solutions that fuel the core of experiences on our products.

If you thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment, then please keep reading!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Writers, and Product Managers to deliver compelling UX solutions for our connected audio productsLeverage user research and cutting-edge technologies in advanced development to craft cohesive experiences for both on-product interfaces and mobile app platformsImplement and uphold a comprehensive design system, serving as a repository of reusable design patterns and assets to promote consistency and efficiencyCreate user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and screen flowsUnderstand and balance the priorities of internal stakeholders, engineers, and business needsTrack and communicate project statusManage workload and meeting deadlinesQualifications and General SkillsPursuing and/or completed a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design or design-related field.Experience with connectivity technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi) preferredExperience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android) preferredPortfolio that demonstrates creating concepts and detailing the customer journeyStrong design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, etc.)Proficient in Figma, Zeplin, Miro, and Adobe Creative CloudCapable of investigating new toolsFocus on details, organization, and clear communicationAbility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelinesA collaborative attitude and excellent teamwork skillsMotivation to produce and improve high-quality deliverables
