Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for maintaining all Salesforce objects and business processes in accordance with customer needs as well as provide training to end users on how to use these tools effectively within their daily work. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both Salesforce functionality (SFDC) and how it integrates into the entire organization's systems environment including workflow automation tools like Power BI and Acuity MD

Responsibilities:

Manage user configuration and permission sets.

Develop customized reports using standard reporting tools such as dashboards, charts, graphs etc., based on business requirements; troubleshoot issues when they arise.

Create enhancement cases, via product model so that any updates can be tracked back to original source material.

Conduct regular system audits & performance reviews ensuring data integrity across all related systems.

Provide training sessions for existing users on newly introduced features/tools/workflows as needed by the business team members.

Collaborate closely with other IT teams during implementation projects where integration between different systems may exist e.g., ERP systems etc..

Maintain documentation around best practices regarding usage of Salesforce products/features along with tips & tricks related to its usage within the organization’s specific context .

Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization ranging from Business Users up until Senior Management level representatives.

Travel up to 40% required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with Salesforce product suite (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud).

Proven ability to understand complex concepts quickly and apply them practically within real world scenarios .

Strong understanding of Sales Processes , Customer Relationship Management principles & CRM Best Practices .

Excellent verbal communication skills & ability to communicate technical information clearly & concisely to non-technical audience members .

Self-motivated individual who works well under pressure without compromising quality of deliverables .

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines successfully .

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies would be beneficial .

Able to learn new technologies easily & adapt to changing technology landscape quickly
