ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Art Director is responsible for working with and inspiring a team of designers to create innovative and visually stunning work. They play a pivotal role in realizing the brand direction of the Creative Director, ensuring all projects align with the CD's vision and brand objectives.
This role will participate in multiple projects in which their responsibilities are required. The Art Director is responsible for working with Project Managers to ensure projects are timely. This role reports to the Creative Director.
ART DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Thinking:
Implement creative strategies aligning with the agency's business goals and client objectives.
Concept Development:
Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative and compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Industry Trends:
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Team Proxy:
Represent the creative department in internal collaborative meetings which include other departments such as technology, information architecture, and project management.
