PurposeContributes to the overall success of the GF&RT / Business Area in Canada / Country / Region / globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Dedicated Security Administrator to maintain the security and integrity of our information systems. The Security Administrator will be responsible for handling access requests, provisioning users, and ensuring compliance with our internal security policies and procedures.Review, process, and log incoming access requests to ensure they comply security policies and procedures.Provision, modify and deprovision user accounts across various information systems.Conduct regular review and report of user access and permissions to ensure they align with their roles and responsibilities.Respond to and resolve security issues and access discrepancies promptly. Documentation of security issues and solutions.Participate in the implementation of security for new information systems and new security tools and technologies.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all security processes and user access modifications.Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.Reporting Relationships (Job Titles only)
