Customer Service Representative

SNI Companies is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to work for one of our growing Houston based clients. This is a great entry level opportunity offering a set M-F schedule and lots of opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from customers and assisting with questions.
• Responding to email inquiries from customers
• Adjusting plans and billing as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to work M-F 8am to 5pm
