Job Mode: Contract
Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experienceThe Mainframe Administrator - z/OS is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the IBM z/OS operating system and associated software.Install, configure, and maintain the IBM z/OS operating system and associated subsystems.Monitor system performance and perform tuning as necessary to ensure optimal performance.Manage and support JES2, RACF, DB2, CICS, and other mainframe software products.Implement and manage storage solutions, including DASD management and tape systems.Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.Manage and monitor mainframe security, including user access and permissions.Apply maintenance, upgrades, and patches to the z/OS environment.
