Data & Integration Architect

for their large-scale

SAP S4 transformation program . In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of data architecture solutions crucial to a business transformation from

SAP ECC

to

S4 HANA , which is closely tied to an ongoing HR transformation.Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Expertise in SAP ECC and S4 HANA transformationsStrong background in data modeling, integration, and migrationExperience with large-scale business transformations, especially HR-related projects (SuccessFactors)Proven ability in leading data architecture initiatives for enterprise programsKnowledge of data governance and data quality management

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and execution

of data architecture for SAP S4 transformation initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives, assisting in building the

Enterprise Data Model (EDM) .Develop and maintain essential artifacts like

data models ,

data flow diagrams , and

data dictionaries .Ensure

data integrity ,

security , and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Provide

technical guidance

to project teams, addressing any data-related challenges.Participate in

data migration

strategies and ensure smooth transitions.Stay current with industry trends and best practices, particularly in

SAP technologies

and

data architecture .

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science ,

Information Technology , or a related field.Proven experience as a

Data Architect , particularly in large business transformation projects.Strong familiarity with

SAP ECC

and

S4 HANA .Experience with

data modeling ,

integration , and

migration .Knowledge of

data governance

and

data quality management .Experience in

HR transformation projects

(e.g., SuccessFactors).
