onsite in NYC 4 days a weekResponsibilities:Cloud Architecture & Management:
Design and manage secure, highly available cloud systems using Azure (preferred) or AWS. Expertise in cloud fundamentals, including regional setups, high availability, and disaster recovery, is essential.Containerization:
Utilize Docker for container management and orchestration. Deploy and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.Infrastructure Automation:
Automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources using Terraform.Scripting & Documentation:
Develop and maintain scripts to automate cloud-based tasks. Ensure systems are well-documented for transparency and maintainability.Qualifications:Core Competencies:Cloud Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, focusing on cloud fundamentals, high availability, and disaster recovery.Containerization:
Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker for deploying and scaling applications.Infrastructure Automation:
Experienced in using Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure.Linux Administration:
Strong proficiency in Linux system administration.Scripting:
Expertise in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.Additional Skills:Technologies:
Familiarity with security best practices, CI/CD tools, and network concepts is advantageous. Training will be provided as needed.Education & Experience:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in cloud management (preferably Azure), and 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
