Enterprise Cybersecurity Project Manager, Senior
Key Role:Provide technical project management leadership for multiple cross-portfolio projects from kickoff through completion. Review project scope critically to ensure all potential cybersecurity impacts are addressed. Assemble cross-functional project teams, including technical and subject matter experts, assign action items, and track progress. Leverage an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes to ensure all areas of scope are adequately addressed. Develop, enforce, and track project and implementation timelines while balancing competing demands of engaged resources. Apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for all stakeholders. Identify and resolve potential technical execution gaps and serve as the trusted resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout project execution. Address challenging issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including resource and time-constrained situations. Support Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) portfolio teamsto ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Be familiar with implementing components of the cybersecurity stack and cyber tools. Assist insoliciting and critically reviewing team inputsfor required reporting. Brief portfolio and senior leadership as needed. Leverage Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and other tools for tracking and reporting as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience in project management, including waterfall and Agile in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management8+ years of experience leading technical cybersecurity projectsExperience interfacing directly with senior leadership and providing executive summaries and narrativesExperience developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefingsExperience with cyber technologies, cyber tool capabilities, and cyber operations teams, includingZero Trust and Data Protection strategiesExperience integrating complex applications into large, complicated environmentsExperience using Microsoft Suite tools, including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and TeamsAbility to lead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risksBachelor's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) or CompTIA Security+ CertificationsAdditional Qualifications:Experience identifying security-related gaps in environments and implementing solutions to close those gapsExperience with Jira, ServiceNow, and SmartsheetExperience in a cybersecurity architecture, compliance, operations, engineering, or program or project management leadership roleExperience selecting, designing, and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex organizationsExperience with innovative or next-generation cybersecurity products and capabilitiesMaster's degreeCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
