Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Duties:Responsible for the design, implementation and support of software solutions that provide the framework for key business functionsUnderstand both technical and business concepts and must be able to communicate these concepts to internal users and software developersDefine system objectives and features, developing through functional design specifications, analyzing business requirements and delivering a complete solution that meets the needs of the businessQualifications:Excellent communication skills required to lead business requirement sessions with internal stakeholders.Experience creating BRD's, user stories and process flows required.Understanding and experience working with IT on questions related to features and requirements. Waterfall and some agile experience are necessary.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading enhancements of existing systems and technology.Ability to participate on larger cross-functional project teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical audiences.Work diligently to achieve consistent results in all areas of responsibility.Demonstrated record of goal realization.Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability.Uses advanced knowledge of the company and experience to inform good judgment.Self-starter and team player who excels at building trusting relationships.Plans and completes operational duties, goals and initiatives within schedule, budget, and span of decision-making responsibility.Healthcare experience strongly preferredHybrid Position: 3 days a week on site.NO Third party involvement.
