Senior Software Engineer - Naval Systems

Senior Software EngineerSimVentions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on a new Navy tactical system integrating with combat sensors. This role involves supporting the US Navy in developing and modernizing electronic warfare (EW) systems.Responsibilities:Provide software engineering support for a high-visibility Naval information system integrating with EW sensors.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and technical personnel to determine the best software standards and processes for project success.Requirements:15 years of software design and engineering experience.5 years of experience in real-time system and subsystem level software development.Experience with C++, electronic warfare systems, Navy software safety, and best programming practices.Preferred Skills & Experience:5 years of experience with Navy or other Armed Services programs/systems.Knowledge of Agile methodology, object-oriented software design, and cloud computing environments.Education:

A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an engineering or technical discipline is required.Clearance:

Secret Clearance required.Travel:
