Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Near Pottsville, PA Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school district near Pottsville, PA. This role is for the 2024-2025 school year, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse student population. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements. Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication and academic goals. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and students' progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor students' educational plans. Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure the delivery of effective services. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
