AI ConsultantKey Role:Play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and implementation of AI solutions within the Indo-Pacific region. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Maintain responsibility for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems that enhance business processes and decision-making. Lead AI projects from conception to deployment and ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies, and apply knowledge to innovate and improve existing solutions.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data scienceExperience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or RExperience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or KerasExperience in mentoring and guiding junior team membersExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudKnowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIAbility to lead AI projects from conception to deploymentAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or EngineeringAdditional Qualifications:Experience with natural language processing, deep learning, or computer vision projects, and system integration using protocols such as JSON, REST, and XMLExperience in the technology ecosystems of AI/ML, Autonomous Systems, or Sensor TechnologiesExperience with engineering or technical work in the DoD or similar organizationsKnowledge of the venture capital ecosystem, including industry-standard research and development and product development approachesKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and practicesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologiesPossession of strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate expectations and deliverables effectively to clientsMaster's degree in a relevant field preferred; Doctorate degree in a relevant field a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD).
