Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Maintain responsibility for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems that enhance business processes and decision-making. Lead AI projects from conception to deployment and ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
