Business Process Consultant , you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our client’s business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise.As a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant, you play a pivotal role in successfully leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise and leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions.Technical Consultation:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices.Implementation Support:

Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Integration and Automation:

Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows.Performance Optimization:

Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow.Quality Assurance:

Design quality assurance plans and ensure that the technical deliverables meet quality standards.Resource Management:

Work closely with resourcing, practice leadership, and program management to ensure that the appropriately certified resources are working on projects.Project Management:

Work closely with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline.Security and Compliance:

Design the security plan and ensure that all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security best practices.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Create comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest advancements in ServiceNow and integrated technologies.Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.Strategic Relationships:

Build enduring relationships between ICF and the ServiceNow product and sales teams.Corporate Growth:

Contribute to the growth of the business and lead the development of client roadmaps.Required qualifications:5+ years of experience in technical skills, including workflow configuration and business rule development.1+ years of experience implementing CIS- Human Resources.1+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.CIS – Human Resources and CIS – IT Service Management certification.U.S. Citizenship required.MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.).Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.Preferred additional qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.2+ years of Federal experience.3+ years with an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification in two or more additional mainline certifications.Working at ICF:ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider.
