As the International Sales Organization (ISO) Marketing Director, you play a pivotal role in driving marketing transformation and execution across the Worldwide and Geo Marketing organizations including B2B segments, global, enterprise, SMB, and across the breadth of Lenovo's portfolio: solutions and services (technology, professional, managed), data center infrastructure (server, storage, HPC, software), and client devices (laptops, tablets, mobile). This fast-paced, highly transformational role demands strong cross-functional collaboration to align innovative marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives aimed at acquiring, nurturing while driving impactful sales enablement.Responsibilities:Integrated Marketing Campaign Strategy: Partner across WW and Geo to develop and align marketing campaigns globally across segments.Corporate Strategy and Brand Alignment: Partner with corporate strategy and brand teams to craft marketing messages tailored to each segment.Global Project Management: Lead and streamline the execution of cohesive marketing initiatives through various channels.Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop and maintain a unified brand voice for audiences.Sales Enablement and Support: Work closely with sales teams to create and refine sales materials.Organizational Marketing Transformation: Assess and evolve the global ISO marketing organization's structure.Market Research and Competitive Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine Lenovo's marketing approach.Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead and inspire a global team of marketing professionals.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.15+ years of demonstrated B2B Marketing experience and success.Proven experience in IT Infrastructure market, software, cloud, or AI markets.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Purposeful mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in leading and working in a cross-function team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
