Marketplace is an integral part of Walmart's growth strategy and fast-paced innovation is embedded into every aspect of what we're building.We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead our channel partner marketing strategy and execution as part of our integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Digital Media, this candidate will serve as our resident expert on all things related to driving marketing campaigns with our solution provider partners. You will recommend and activate strategies and co-marketing campaigns with our partners across email, social media, podcasts, webinars, as well as in-person events.This role is a critical addition to the Marketplace seller acquisition marketing team, with the goal of promoting Marketplace to the seller audience of our channel partners, attracting, and tracking new leads and generating awareness and interest for the brand. You will enjoy the autonomy to design and activate partner marketing strategies that are part of the broader, integrated seller acquisition strategy.You Will Make An Impact By:Building relationships and collaborating with a growing network of solutions and technology partners and agencies on strategic co-marketing initiatives that drive leads, opportunities, seller launches and GMV growth.Enabling our channel partners to attract new sellers and brands to Walmart Marketplace and drive incremental revenue from current partners.Spearheading the strategy, planning and execution of strategic partner GTM Playbook, content creation and distribution such as social posts, newsletters, emails, webinars, speaking sessions and joint activations at industry events.Crafting messages and content for partner audiences via display ad campaigns, paid marketing, email marketing, case studies, and promotional/incentive offers to Sellers.Managing and allocating partner marketing media budget across partners and tactics to ensure maximum ROI.Creating monthly, yearly co-marketing campaign calendars and work-back-schedules to be on top of campaign activations.Establishing clear GTM strategies, playbooks, SOPs, and checklists to establish ways of working with solution providers and agencies.Collaborating with Comms, legal, branding, and creative, product marketing, product, and analytics teams to establish SOPs, approval timelines, and tracking and reporting cadences.Defining and consistently measuring KPIs and forecasts, delivering against channel goals and individual partner objectives.Effectively communicating to leadership and stakeholders on performance metrics and insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.Collaborating and working very closely with the Channel Partner team to participate in joint business planning (JBPs) meetings.Partnering with Brand Marketing and creative teams on marketing collateral and event executions.Managing and coaching other team members and setting standards, operational processes and leading by example.You'll sweep us off our feet if:You have 8+ years of relevant partner marketing experience.You bring a track record of developing and managing partner marketing growth strategies in a B2B/ SaaS setting preferred.You are a natural leader and go-getter who takes ownership and is passionate towards driving desired business outcomes.You are experienced using Salesforce or other Martech/ CRM solutions.You have strong understanding of marketing principles and operations, and have experience with Google analytics, KPI tracking, and measurement.You are a confident communicator with strong analytical and writing skills with proven experience in presenting strategy and results to leadership.You have experience working with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of how to drive teams to action.You identify new areas of opportunity and consistently prioritize activities according to impact.You have strong project management and organizational skills.Experience in retail, ecommerce an added plus.Bachelor's degree preferred.How You'll Thrive At Walmart:Performance-based incentive awards401k with company matchStock purchase planPaid parental leaveWorking alongside collaborative, innovative team membersBeing a leader from Day 1Ability to grow and develop across several areas of the Fortune 1 organizationAnd much moreAbout Walmart Marketplace:We are Walmart Marketplace-Our sellers and their millions of amazing products help make Walmart Marketplace one of the fastest-growing eCommerce platforms in the U.S. Whether you're a small business or global brand, our innovative solutions simplify the selling experience and help deliver growth at scale.We bring a passion that is unmatched, and our efforts have an epic impact on the world around us, both inside and outside of work.
