We are committed to providing excellent care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and employees. With over 80 employees, we are expanding our HR team and seeking a talented and driven HR Generalist to join us.

Job Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is vital to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues. Maintain positive employee relationships by providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution.

- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including maintaining accurate employee records and conducting audits as necessary.

- Training and Development: Coordinate and assist with employee training programs to support ongoing development and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate timekeeping, visit verifications and payroll processing.

- HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Performance Management: Assist in 90 day and annual employee evaluations, PIPs, disciplinary action, etc.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
