This role does have onsite requirements in Philadelphia, PA.Business Systems Analyst Overview:Looking for a Business Systems Analyst that is very confident and can communicate with an executive level audience. as they will work with all audience levels. Adaptability and multitasking are critical for the success of this role. The ability to work well under general supervision and work well independently.Key responsibilities to include:Primary responsibility will be for the analysis, understanding, documenting of Actuarial and underwriting business requirements.Understand and utilize best practices in documenting and maintaining business process artifacts.Support business SME and technical staff in the resolution of technical and data issues.Assist in testing to ensure business requirements are met and software is implemented in a defect free manner.Ability to document accurate business requirements and business process flows.Project support: Assist in determining requirements, impacts, developing documentation, procedures, and guides.Serve as an internal expert regarding use of the applications.Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:SDLC Knowledge/Experience:
Proven understanding and hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Basic SQL SkillsExecutive Stakeholder Experience:
Experience in engaging and communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholders.Creating Documentation:
Demonstrated ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.Develop Requirements:
Strong skills in developing and defining business requirements.MS Office Suite:
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.Root Cause Analysis:
Ability to perform root cause analysis on data and systems issues.Business Systems Analyst Experience:
3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.Healthcare Experience:
Experience in Healthcare is preferred.
