JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Events Team. The ideal candidate will support event marketing initiatives by managing campaign assets, coordinating event communications, and providing logistical and project management support. This position suits a highly organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about working across multiple teams to foster significant event success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing campaign assets, including email campaigns and web page content.Assist in the development and coordination of communications for strategic events, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall attendee experience.Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, capturing notes, and ensuring follow-ups to meet deadlines.Oversee project plans, update marketing activities, and maintain organized internal documentation.Support the production of webinars for the sales organization, managing logistics and communications to drive engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project management capabilities.Excellent attention to detail.Proficient in creating marketing assets and supporting live webinar production.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in a marketing, communication, or related field is required.Experience with event marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
No requirement to work from a specific location; candidates can be based in any time zone. Flexibility with tools and platforms used; most of the team uses Macs.
