Desktop Support Specialist

Looking for an energetic customer-focused Mid to Senior Desktop Support Specialist to help a great business partner with an immediate need.Responsibilities: As a Senior Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to escalated issues for various end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of desktop systems. You will support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, VPN, SharePoint and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. This role will resolve escalated issues using advanced troubleshooting skills on-site and providing timely and effective support to users. You will also manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will document technical procedures, assist with IT projects, and stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

West of the City - Monday to Friday daylight shift only 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Contract can be renewed.
