Must have current driving license and vehicle.ResponsibilitiesProvides mental health and crisis intervention supports to individualsWorks collaboratively and engages individual to manage and de-escalate crises in the least invasive manner possible to ensure safety.Collaboratively develops and assists in implementation of crisis safety plans.Provides mental health referrals and linkages as appropriate during service provision.Offers and provides follow-up services to utilizers presenting with crises.Completion of required documentation within established timeframesUse of an Electronic Client Record, call management software, and chat/text management software.
