Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:Create data mapping to ingest data from disparate data sources ranging from flat files to RDMS, Hive or REST APIsResponsible for developing Unix scriptingResponsible to develop test cases and perform unit testingProvide regular task status update to the management
Requirements:
Able to demonstrate technical and analytical skill in developing complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowercenterAble to work independently with minimum supervisionAble to interact and co-ordinate with distributed teamGood communication skillsTechnically strong in Informatica Power centerTechnically strong in performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings and SQL queriesConceptually good in PL/SQL, Functions, and writing complex SQLs, and creating and exposing views/materialized viewsStrong in UNIX commands and ScriptingGood in MuleSoft IntegrationExpert in PL/SQL programming and Database design, with strong data analysis skillsSelf-managed and proactive communicatorUnix scriptsAutosysInformatica for ETLPython programmingTableau/reporting experienceExperience in working with Mulesoft and other API technologies
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in MuleSoft toolsSource control repository - SVN/BitBucket, Continuous Build integration tools (IBM UBuild/Jenkins, IBM UDeploy/Ansible)Previous experience of working in a data warehouse project
Pay Range:
$58.26-$66.26
