EXPERIENCE:8+ years of experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), with a focus on Siemens Opcenter (formerly known as SIMATIC IT).Extensive experience with Siemens Teamcenter for PLM integration, including workflows, data management, and configuration.Proven track record of leading large-scale MES projects in manufacturing environments.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter, Teamcenter, and other related Siemens platforms.Experience with MES integration with ERP (such as Oracle or SAP), PLM systems, and shop-floor systems.Familiarity with data standards, including OPC-UA, and common manufacturing protocols.Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements for MES solutions.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving MES-related projects from concept to completion.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
